Initial Installation Support
The Fredrick Group, Inc. provides free installation support via e-mail.

Support@TFGCollector.com. Installation support is available for
30 days and is activated when you send your first message. You may also
receive installation support by calling. Technicians are available on
Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time.
Pay-as-you-go Support
Additional fee-based support is available. You pay the cost of the call
plus an additional fee. Credit card information must be provided and
confirmed before a call is accepted. Technicians are available on a
limited basis Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern
time.
