SILVER SUPPORT PLAN – Includes unlimited number of incidents. Contact method is by e-mail, phone, or fax. $125 pre-paid per year. Include free product updates of the same Version at no extra charge. New Version upgrades are fee based with cost to be determined at the time of release.
GOLD SUPPORT PLAN- Includes unlimited number of incidents. Contact method is by e-mail, phone, or fax. $195.00 pre-paid per year. Includes free product updates of both same Version and new Versions at no extra charge.
