TFG4000 comes with 30-days of installation support. The 30-day period
begins from the first phone call. Additional product support can be
purchased either on a pay as needed basis, or in prepaid blocks of time.

Maintenance Packs
Click on the Release Level Link to start the download of the Release or
Service Pack.
Click SAVE to download the Release or Service Pack to your PC and then
run by clicking on the file that was downloaded.
Click RUN to run the Release or Service Pack Installation immediately.
